"Women have this uniquely amazing part that we play in Creation. We take part just by being ourselves- receptive and nurturing. When we share with one another our own journeys in creating, we share in this special kinship that only women know and understand. To me, to be a doula is to have a kinship with the women that I am so blessed and honored to connect with. I get to bear with the mother the beautiful burden and blessing of motherhood. By listening, educating, and supporting the WHOLE mother in body, mind, and spirit, I will empower her to experience a fulfilling and peaceful birth. This begins with asking, 'What does a fulfilling birth mean to you?'"

Postpartum Care
1 postpartum visit, continuous virtual support
I offer dedicated postpartum care to new mothers, assisting them in the transition to motherhood and providing support for both physical and emotional recovery.
